Stony Run Partners LLC is the creation of 5 Richmond area Businessmen.

Stony Run Partners LLC has hired Rogers-Chenault Inc. to manage development. Todd Rogers and Mike Chenault started developing properties in 1992. Rogers-Chenault Inc. has since developed over 3,000 homesites in the Hanover, Henrico, and King William communities.

Todd Rogers

Todd was raised in Hanover County, Virginia and is a graduate of Benedictine High School & Randolph Macon College. Todd’s experience in the homebuilding and land development industry began in 1987. RCI Builders has built over 2000 homes in the Richmond Area. Todd’s experience is deep footed as his family has been in the development business since the 1960’s.

Mike Chenault

Mike is native of Mechanicsville, Virginia and a Hampden-Sydney College Alum who specializes in Real Estate Development, New Homes, and Resale Properties. Since 1988, Mike has helped build Hometown Realty from a small office with a few agents to the largest, locally-owned real estate firm in Central Virginia, comprised of 11 offices and over 300 agents. As Principal Broker at Hometown and the head of the New Construction Division for the company, Mike is constantly working hard to provide superior customer service for his clients and to recruit new, powerful agents to Hometown Realty to continue it’s growth.
